DESCRIPTION:In 2006\, the guitarist Marron (performed in many units of DUBDUB ON-SENG\, dubmarronics\, and DateTenryu ) and MO-WAII a.k.a. DAICHI ( DJ\, producer\, a truck maker ) at first time formed their new unit “Based on Kyoto” . Their sense has digested a variety of music as house music\, electro\, ambient\, dub\, soul\, jazz\, and rock\, turned to be a dance music unit pursuing a groove re-created by Japanese. While they collaborated with session musicians\, the unit performed mainly in west Japan (Osaka\, Kyoto) and also showed up at parties across the nation. \nIn 2009 the unit released the first album and tree pieces of 12inch EP. In 2010 they decided to take a break for two years\, restarted from the performance of Rainbow2012.
