DESCRIPTION:The dragon boat festival commemorated originally by the ancient patriotic Chinese poet Qu Yuan\, who protested corruption by drowning himself. Nowadays\, the celebrations revolve around the popular dragon boat races set in late May or June at the Paia Grande shorefront.
