Helmed by Luca Pecorari\, the Executive Sous Chef of Bene\, this month’s menu highlights the best of Liguria’s gastronomy including capon Magro (poached seafood salad & vegetables with salsa verde)\, Cima Alla Genovese (slow cooked veal brisket filled with Parmigiano eggs & vegetables\, salsa verde) and ciuppin (Ligurian style seafood chowder)\, all delicately complemented by premium wines such as Santa Sofia (Soave Classico Montefoscarino DOC 2014) and Vivera (Altrove\, Bianco DOC 2015). \nThe first of its kind in Macau\, Bene Food & Wine Mercato is a unique dining concept that explores different regions across Italy and celebrates a variety of culinary traditions and authentic flavors.
