It features delectable regional dishes including deep-fried pork ribs with coriander and preserved vegetables; rice noodle soup with braised beef\, tripe and pickled vegetables; poached sliced beef\, bean curd and bean sprouts; and Guizhou’s most popular dish – poached whole catfish in a classic sour soup with dipping sauce. \nOne of China’s most famous cuisines\, while Guizhou is spicy its added sour factor gives it a pungent yet delicious flavour. DESCRIPTION:Beloved and talented mixologist Hnin has recently joined RendezVous Lobby Bar at Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 and she will be sharing her amazing mixology techniques and presenting guests with five unique cocktails on May 31. Having close to ten years of experience in mixology\, Hnin\, an apprentice of legendary mixologist Matthias Giroud\, had worked as the Head Mixologist at five-star hotels in Dubai and specialises in customised and creative cocktails. In addition\, she became the winner of the La Maison Cointreau Cocktail Competition UAE 2018 with her signature cocktail “Marianne”. \nHnin will make an appearance at RendezVous Lobby Bar from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on May 31 with five one-of-a-kind cocktails. Amongst them is “Marianne”\, a creation inspired by the national symbol of the French Republic. With Cointreau as the base\, the award-winning cocktail is a blend of lemon juice\, egg white\, and raspberry\, treating guests to a lush and inventive French flavour. As for “Drink on Fire”\, it is a combination of whisky\, yuzu juice\, and honey and ginger syrup garnished with a dash of flamed rosemary\, painting a poetic picture as a trace of smoke lingers. “The Journey Be-GINs At T-10” is a dreamy gin-based cocktail mixed with homemade Pomelocello\, fresh mint\, grapefruit juice\, lemon juice\, homemade tea and spice syrup\, and elderflower tonic with edible flowers. Next up is also gin-based\, the “Passion 16”\, a zealous concoction that combines sparkling wine\, lemon juice\, and passion fruit and embellished with dried mango.
