DESCRIPTION:The Macao Museum of Art (MAM)\, under the auspices of the Cultural Affairs Bureau\, and the Black-And-White Photographic Society of Macao co-organize the exhibition: Love of Macao – Photographs by Lee Kung Kim\, featuring 150 excellent documental photography works under the theme of Macao. \nLee Kung Kim is an experienced Macao photographer who likes landscape photography.He was dedicated to photography for over half a century and won awards in many international photography competitions. During his residence in Macao for 69 years\, he has left Macao with precious visual memories through photography\, including precious portraits of Macao’s society and the daily life of residents. Lee Kung Kim had said\, “Photography has allowed me to meet numerous good mentors and friends. I have also built a strong body and accumulated experiences from success and lessons from failure. More importantly\, I have accrued countless historical\, documentary photos\, which are the artistic fortune of my entire life. Photography is my second life\, while cameras will always be my loyal partners.” \nThe exhibition Love of Macao – Photographs by Lee Kung Kim is held on the 1st floor of the MAM. The light show will run every 30 minutes between 6:30pm to 11pm. \nThe 3D Light and Sound Spectacular – “Seasons of Prosperity\,” which beams Chinese New Year images on the façade of The Venetian Macao\, is the resort hotel’s annual celebration to welcome Chinese New Year in style for all the family. Set to be one of the biggest attractions this holiday season\, it takes viewers on a remarkable journey through Chinese culture. \nThe show was created by Australian company Artists in Motion. Featuring state-of-the-art digital video mapping technology\, the projection covers 43\,000 square feet on the front of The Venetian Macao. With precise pixel mapping techniques\, Artists in Motion was able to integrate the existing architectural elements of the façade with this new technology.
