From July 19 to August 31, Yamazato offers delights of Hokkaido cuisine. All dishes are created from carefully selected ingredients and crafted by Executive Chef Akira Hayashi to provide the finest tasted to all our customers so that they may experience the unique tastes of Hokkaido. 
Burlesque is symbolized by the famous Moulin Rouge and its highly-spirited French dance, the Cancan, during the ‘Belle Epoque’ period in late 19th century in Paris. To help revive the exuberance of those times, Aux Beaux Arts has specially crafted an exciting brand-new 5-course menu, as the third menu in the five part ‘Belle Epoque’ series, featuring the artistic ambience of that golden era.
