Welcome the Year of the Pig with a traditional Fortune Poon Choi, or a lavish four-course Year of The Pig Family Set Menu reunion lunch or dinner at Yum Cha with your loved ones. The Fortune Poon Choi features nearly 20 special ingredients, including South African abalone, prawns, fish maw, dried oyster with mushroom, sea moss in oyster sauce, prawns in tomato sauce and more. The four-course Year of The Pig Family Set Menu includes traditional festive dishes such as braised oysters with sea moss and pig trotters, BBQ suckling pig with spicy sauce, deep-fried crispy chicken and steamed mandarin fish.

A special menu has been created especially for Chinese New Year at Feast, with the carvery featuring roasted US prime ribs and Hainanese chicken rice. In addition to an expansive range of fresh seafood, vegetables, salads, charcuterie and cheeses on offer, staff will pass around special festive dishes including four-cheese tortellini with lobster, Iberian ham, and grilled US skirt steak Mexican fajitas. Feast’s New Year Buffet is available at lunch and dinner.
