If you more of a beef aficionado, you’re in for a surprise this July: Chef de Cuisine Marco De Boni highlights prime rib steak in a creative cooking method, in the Côte de Beouf menu. This exclusive meal includes prime rib and tartare, but also a wholesome wild mushroom soup and a chocolate fondant for dessert. Sitting with your loved ones over a fabulous dining experience at Vida Rica Restaurant–what could be better?
And because there is always time for sunset drinks–at the award-winning Vida Rica Bar–why not head there with friends and book a table overlooking the mesmerizing view of Nam Van Lake and South China Sea over some original cocktails? Their sunset sessions run from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and feature cocktails such as classic gin fizz, clarified piña colada and creations such as “not your usual mojito” or the aztec (with tequila, mezcal, tabasco, aperol, agave and lemon).
