Hanami Ramen is an elegant 18-seat Japanese noodle bar at Wynn Palace Cotai. Designed by the highly sought-after Rockwell Group, it is one of the most beautiful spots to enjoy a bowl of delicious ramen. Hanami in Japanese means viewing the transient beauty of flowers and the inspiration of Hanami Ramen design comes, particularly from a magnolia tree. Magnolia flowers cover seats and Asian-inspired wall cabinets. A large magnolia bronze branch with marle flowers hangs above the oval marble counter.
The menu is relatively small and features three types of Japanese ramen–tonkotsu, hanami special miso, and hanami signature shoyu. Tonkotsu is a rich, silky, and creamy broth made of handpicked pork bones. Hanami special miso ramen is lighter and a little spicy. Shoyu ramen is a free-range chicken broth and dashi (fish broth)-based. All of them come with most of the traditional toppings like roasted pork, black fungus, marinated egg, bamboo shoots, and spring onion. You can always add more from the available options. All bowls are accompanied by Japanese green tea. A collection of various Japanese teas and craft beers is also available.
