The Parisian Macao’s signature Brasserie restaurant launched a sublime French regional set menu, ‘A Journey to Bordeaux’, available from now to November 30, 2019. Bordeaux is a culinary paradise, offering some of the finest meat, seafood, vegetables and wine in the world. Using the freshest ingredients, Brasserie’s new regional menu offers a delicious and authentic taste that must be experienced.
Bringing the best of Bordeaux, their set menu includes an appetiser, soup, main course and dessert. Highlights are Arcachon oysters with raspberry dressing, duck foie gras pâté in puff pastry; green du puy lentil soup with duck confit; grilled Boston lobster on ceps and roasted US tenderloin with bone marrow and beef check parmentier. The meal is rounded off with hazelnuts dacquoise with rum sultanas bavaroise and praline mousse, and selected French cheeses. To accompany this feast from Bordeaux, guests can choose some of the wines from the region, available both by the glass and bottle.
