The meal showcases three of the distillery’s most iconic whiskies: the award-winning 10-year-old Talisker, featuring a sweet, mild, and smooth taste and a peppery finish; the 18-year-old Talisker, one of the top whisky picks in the world, with a rich and fruity nose, with notes of toffee and a finish with hints of chili and peat smoke; and the 25-year-old Talisker, known for its seaside, salt, and pepper character and elegant oak and delicate fruity notes.
