Special Easter à la carte dishes include mouthwatering antipasto of pea puree, quail egg and Pata Negra on toast, langoustine with chickpea puree; risotto and pasta dishes include chicken risotto, marsala, pan di spezie; meat lovers will enjoy milk-fed lamb, violet artichoke and cannellini beans; while the dessert highlight is Italian meringue with kirsch and seasonal fresh fruit.

Brasserie is offering delicious Easter set menus for lunch and dinner, as well as an Easter afternoon tea set. Standout items on the lunch menu include smoked salmon scrambled eggs and pan-fried prime beef tender, while the dinner menu adds Fine de Claire oysters, seared duck foie gras on mushroom fricassee and morel sauce, seven-hour braised lamb shoulder with white wine, and roast Boston lobster with seafood risotto and lobster sauce. The Lounge is offering a classic Easter afternoon tea set that features foie gras with cherries on toasted brioche, Chinese carrot puffs and lobster rolls, while sweet treats include espresso chocolate cups, pistachio financiers, hot cross buns and golden eggs with peach mousse and classic English scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. The afternoon tea set also includes choice of coffee, tea, cocktail or mocktail. Diners will be tempted by a range of delicious new Easter cocktails and mocktails, starting at MOP $68. The newest restaurant at Sands Cotai Central is offering an authentic Portuguese Easter experience, with appetisers including mackerel tartare with orange, coriander and olive oil caviar, foie gras with pear in ginger and lemongrass syrup, eggplant with fresh cheese, arugula, chickpea purée and dried olives, a lobster broth, mains of roast baby goat with braised mushrooms, Peniche octopus, and pumpkin risotto. Desserts including salted caramel mousse and crispy vanilla parcels with raspberry coulis.
