On March 21, 2019, wish the world “bon appétit” by celebrating Goût de France/Good France in Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and Voyages by Alain Ducasse. Following its resounding success over the last four years, on the same day, 5,000 chefs around the globe create a unique dinner menu in celebration of French gastronomy. From bistros to gastronomic restaurants, Goût de France / Good France showcases a cuisine based on pleasure and generosity, carefully sustaining “eating well” and the environment.
To honour this unique event, Executive Chefs Pierre Marty of Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and Anthony Bacle of Voyages have created two unique 5-course menus exclusively available for one night only. Goût de France / Good France is an invitation that France addresses to the world, and which Alain Ducasse’s restaurants are pleased to extend to guests wishing to participate in this beautiful event.
Menus include Mediterranean gamberoni, delicate gelée and gold caviar, red mullet on scales, tender fennel and black olives from Nice, confit knuckle of lamb, barigoule-style artichokes and many other dishes.
