When the leaves turn gold, hairy crab, which is ripe, plump, and high in nutrition, flourish along the Yangtze River. A much-coveted delicacy in China since ancient times, hairy crab is known for its sweet, silken flesh and creamy, buttery roe. To celebrate the once-a-year harvest, Sands Resorts Macao and Sands Macao have launched seasonal menus featuring hairy crab delicacies at signature restaurants, La Chine, Lotus Palace and Golden Court. The city’s hairy crab aficionados can enjoy a wide range of delectable dishes from now till the end of November.
