Le French GourMay is the gastronomic celebration of the Le French May Arts Festival. For the 10th Anniversary of the festival, Le French GourMay is celebrating South of France, with the region Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur.
During the whole month of May, Vida Rica Restaurant invites you to discover the specially-crafted five-course degustation menu paired with beautiful French wines. Chef de Cuisine Matthias Knilling selected the best ingredients to prepare traditional regional dishes, not without a little twist, of course. Spring chicken colors up with carrot emulsion and apricots while seabass is served on a bed of spring herbs risotto. Fresh and natural, delicious and fun.
