The two five-course Prix Fixe Dinner menus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are sure to create unforgettable moments of love and laughter with your nearest and dearest. It includes a glass of festive mulled wine or Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne, and guests can appreciate a 15% discount as well. Indulge in elevated French classics and continental flavors such as venison tartare with wild berry confit and persimmon chutney, sunchoke veloute with duck confit, dehydrated sunchoke and foie gras cream, and traditional dishes like foie gras torchon with winter citrus glaze and spiced pickles, finish with a traditional chocolate yule log cake paired with spiced rum raisin ice cream.
The Ritz-Carlton Café is also serving up a festive turkey takeaway set for guests to bring home a piece of gourmet Christmas magic. The eight kg slow-roasted whole turkey is complemented with traditional sides, perfect for six to eight people.

A Gourmet Cantonese Christmas at Lai Heen
Revel in an enchanting holiday season at the Michelin-starred Lai Heen with the Christmas degustation dinner menu on December 24 and 25, 2021 only. Guests will enjoy the dreamlike surroundings and contemporary art and savor a classic Cantonese dinner that includes nourishing dishes such as marinated jellyfish head with cherry and pomelo, double-boiled quail, and dried clam with sea cucumber, and steamed lobster with egg white topped with caviar.
The Christmas degustation dinner menu also features Chef Jackie Ho’s take on a traditional Christmas turkey with roasted turkey rolled with hawthorn sauce, reflective of Macau’s East-meets-West spirit.
