Sands Resorts Macao is offering an irresistible selection of special set menus priced at MOP $280 at seven restaurants, available until July 31, 2020. Representing the flavors of Sichuan, Guangdong, and Italy, the exceptional set menus are available at some of Sands Resorts Macao’s finest restaurants, including Portofino, North, Brasserie, Lotus Palace, Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao, Market Bistro and Ping. Offering superb value, they include starter, main course, and dessert.
The Venetian Macao
At The Venetian Macao, popular trattoria Portofino is offering a seasonal set menu priced at MOP $280 per person and includes porcini mushroom soup or Wester Ross Scottish salmon tartare. The pasta course offers linguine with Sicilian red prawns or capellini with truffle butter and parmigiano reggiano, while main courses are red snapper with braised fennel, or eggplant and veal involtino with Swiss béchamel. Desserts include tiramisu or lemon millefeuille, with coffee or tea.
For the most authentic northern Chinese dishes, North is the perfect venue. Its special set menu is priced at MOP $560 for two and incorporates sun-dried pufferfish with northern Chinese vegetables, Hokkaido scallops, hot and sour soup with snow crab meat, crispy chicken leg with black vinegar, wagyu beef and baby leek and seafood in spicy Sichuan broth and seasonal fruit platter.
The Parisian Macao
With some of the most authentic French cuisine available, this delicious dinner set menu at Brasserie is priced at MOP $280 per person and includes crab meat and celeriac rémoulade, cream of mushroom soup with Bayonne ham tartine and choice of braised beef cheek in Burgundy or seared salmon steak and dessert or cheese.
At Lotus Palace, the renowned Chinese restaurant, there’s a hot pot set menu priced at MOP $280 per person which presents sea prawns, giant clams, Australian beef, handmade pork and shrimp paste, free-range chicken, purple sweet potato and taro vermicelli and sesame rice dumplings with sweet potato.
With superb dishes from across Southeast Asia, the 24-hour eatery–Market Bistro–is offering two set menus each priced at MOP $280 as well. One includes Thai style tiger prawns, Singapore bak kut teh, and chilled mango and pomelo soup with sago, while the other set menu offers beef shank with spicy sauce, double-boiled cordyceps flower, and chicken soup, beef short ribs, red bean soup with lotus seeds and sesame rice dumplings.
Xiao Long Bao, Crystal Jade

At Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao offers a set menu priced at MOP $280 for two, featuring signature dish steamed multi-flavored xiao long bao, drunken chicken, beef with scallion or pork with bell pepper and dried bean curd, spinach with beans, Sichuan dan dan la mian or fried rice with chicken and ham, with egg white soufflé stuffed with red bean paste, or glutinous dumpling in ginger soup.
Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip
The 24-hour Chinese restaurant Ping is offering an outstanding a la carte menu featuring spicy beef, Taiwanese style chicken with basil, pearl grouper, fish belly with broccoli, steamed pearl grouper head sesame rice dumpling with sweet potato in ginger soup at MOP $280 per person.
It also has a tempting hot pot set menu priced at MOP $280 per person. It includes sea prawns, giant clams, Australian beef, handmade pork and shrimp paste, free-range chicken, purple sweet potato and taro vermicelli, and sesame rice dumplings with sweet potato in ginger soup.
