Award-winning mixologist Joe Schofield makes a legendary visit for one-night only in Macau at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge. The elegant setting will be transformed with avant-garde cuisine and modern-day cocktail culture courtesy of the renowned Head Bartender of Singapore’s prestigious restaurant-bar, Tippling Club.
Joe traces back his mixology adventure at London’s highly-acclaimed The Savoy and grew his multi-continental career winning multiple awards one after another. His rapid climb up the regional bar ranks was made evident as he placed top five in the Bombay Sapphire World’s Most Imaginative Bartender competition, was a Global Finalist at the Beefeater MIXLDN, judged the Bacardi Legacy regional finals, and most recently took his place as an International Bartender of the Year top 10 contender in the Tales of the Cocktail’s 2017 Spirited Awards—all in the span of four short years.
Tippling Club is named as Worl Best Restaurant Bar in the Tales of the Cocktail’s 2017 Spirited Awards, Best Restaurant Bar for second consecutive year at The Bar Awards Singapore and ranked 11th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2017.
