Restaurant 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana is having a six-hands dinner with chef Umberto Bombana, known as “The King of White Truffe” and the founder of the restaurant’s chain. He joins in-house chef Antimo Merone and Shanghai chef Riccardo La Perna for a white truffle dining experience to remember. This one-night-only dinner will feature seven different dishes with the choice of wine pairing for all of them, or just three.
