The Michelin star contemporary Chinese restaurant Lai Heen presents an exquisite lunch and dinner menu for the Mother’s Day weekend as Chef Bill Fu thoughtfully prepared the lunch menu with seasonal and premium ingredients, including poached pork dumpling with shrimp and sea cucumber in superior broth, simmered Hokkaido scallop with Japanese eggplant
A sumptuous menu is also available boasting a delectable appetizer comprising braised superior bird’s nest with crabmeat; wok-fried scallop with sweetened Yunnan ham and Yu fungus and other impeccable dishes such as sautéed beef tenderloin with bell pepper and shallot, poached garoupa fillet with seasonal vegetables in superior broth and braised E-fu noodle with fresh abalone and shrimp roe.
