Set in Coloane Village, in the main square in front of the Chapel of St. Francis Xavier, Chan Seng Kei has been there for more than 70 years. Managed by the third generation of a local family, it serves simple, yet traditional and Cantonese-inspired dishes. The semi open-air restaurant features a series of signature dishes ranging from seafood mains and appetizers to stir-fried noodles and rice ones.
Fresh seafood is a specialty of the house, caught locally and prepared daily. Their stewed duck prepared with orange/mandarin peel is one of their sought-after foods and has to be requested in advance. They prepare only a limited quantity of this dish per day.
Chan Seng Kei also serves cold beer, wine and different kinds of freshly squeezed juices, including orange and watermelon. Stading right in front of the Pearl River Delta, it offers a panoramic and open view into nature and the waterfront. It’s located in front of Nga Tim. Chan Seng Kei is part of Michelin Guide Macau’s Bib Gourmand category.
