Grand Lisboa Palace Macau’s Wulao is a branch of Taiwan’s renowned restaurant with the same name, and the first in Macau and Hong Kong. Founded in 2009 in Taiwan, it’s established as a sought-after upscale hotpot branch. Wulao is the first and exclusive branch of the Taiwanese brand in Macau and Hong Kong.
Traditional Chinese architectural elements and tones combined with elaborate works of embroidery create a “fairy peach-blossom village” atmosphere, boasting an idyllic environment with a zen vibe perfect for a gathering over a fragrant simmering hotpot.
The Macau branch provides a delectable hotpot experience filled with fresh ingredients, many of them directly flown in from Taiwan, making the dining experience at Wulao even more authentic. Wulao’s signature dishes include the hearty layered tofu hotpot, made with a pork-based broth with ginseng and Chinese herbs, and the flavourful spicy Wulao hotpot, expertly prepared by boiling down a mixture of Chinese herbs, spices, and secret ingredients. Diners may opt for a twin-side hotpot and savor two different kinds of broths at one go.
To drink, Wulao offers Taiwan Beer and its signature white bitter melon juice with honey, as well as a selection of fresh fruit juices, soda, tea, and fine wine.
Opening hours: Wednesday–Monday, 4:00pm to 11:00pm
