It’s no secret that some food can be a form of art as well. This year, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants allow us to enter a world of unique ingredients, flavors, and colors. Number one on 2021’s list is Noma, a superb restaurant in Denmark’s capital. The list integrates venues across the whole globe, spanning the five continents and Asia is no exception. On our side of the world, you’ll be able to check some big names off your list, including in Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and more.
South American establishments also took a lot of medals, with restaurants in Peru, Mexico, and Brazil really worth a visit by any foodie. There are also some in the US and throughout Europe, so it might be a good idea to start booking a table at some of these unique locations to enjoy on your next big trip. Check out our list and curate your bucket list with these destinations in mind!
