A Yuletide treat of Terrazza on December 24, 25, and 31, 2017, the creatively curated Christmas and New Year menu is a gastronomic journey in epic proportions consisting of deep-fried pizza with culatello ham, crostini chicken liver pate, Wagyu beef Tenderloin Rossini, Mantova pumpkin, baby spinach, panna cotta, Amaretto jelly and coffee ice cream, traditional Christmas cake, and more.
On New Year’s Eve, savor the exquisite taste of foie gras torchon, clementine compote, brioche, Norwegian salmon “Mi-cuit”, chicory cream, creme fraiche, cotechino and robiola cheese raviolo, colfiorito lentil cream, pan-seared black cod, herb crumble, eggplant and basil “caponata”, traditional hazelnut and chocolate sweet, and more. Gosto has a grand Christmas and New Year menu that will tantalize your taste buds. The restaurant has a special place in our hearts for a delicious meal of Portuguese and Macanese cuisine. The special dishes can be ordered from December 24, 2017 to January 1, 2018. If there was a feast of all feasts, then Festiva at Galaxy Macau is undoubtedly the champion.
