Mandarin Oriental Macau is presenting a much-anticipated culinary collaboration: Executive Chinese Chef, Wong Tak Wing, and Executive Chinese Chef Fei of Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou team up to create culinary fireworks.
During the three-day showcase, they will be joining forces in special four-hands menus with newly created dishes that highlight authentic Cantonese flavours and the season’s best ingredients. A six-course lunch menu and an eight-course degustation dinner menu will be offered. Both menus will offer a choice of selected wine pairings.
