The “Year of Abundance” set menu–for in-room dining–is sure to usher in a year of good fortune and abundance with a specially crafted Chinese New Year set menu to celebrate the Year of the Ox in the comfort of your hotel room. Savor a delicately poached sea grouper, served Sichuan-style with chili oil and Sichuan peppercorn, or with Chinese-style sauerkraut. Guests can elevate their celebration even further with optional Chinese signature baijiu–Kweichow Moutai, or premium red wine from France.
The latest evolution of The Manor’s Stories of the Sea – the Seventh Chapter presents a celebration of flavors showcasing the finest seafood, sourced from all four corners of the globe, and is a true dining occasion, perfect for celebrating the Lunar New Year. The six-course menu delights with exquisite dishes including Tennen madai served with cherry tomato confit and rainbow trout caviar, Alaskan king crab with avocado and white asparagus, tender sea urchin served with fusilli pasta, flavored with red mullet bottarga. More substantial dishes include a succulent monkfish fillet garnished with Australian salmon pearls dressed with pistachio oil, and John Dory topped with baby cress, endives, and roasted almonds.
The Stories of the Sea – the Seventh Chapter, finishes with a choice of desserts that showcase the sweet yet tangy flavors of pineapple or tangerine, and the menu is available with a specially curated wine pairing to elevate the dining experience even further.

The St. Regis Bar presents an extravagant afternoon tea perfect for celebrating Chinese New Year with the all-new The St. Regis X Royal Albert 100 Years Afternoon Tea in collaboration with famed British fine bone china brand, Royal Albert. Elegantly presented on the delicately decorated Royal Albert plates, cups, and saucers, The St. Regis X Royal Albert 100 Years Afternoon Tea selection features smoked salmon roe blini, quiche, and a selection of sandwiches filled with Boston lobster, Scottish smoked salmon, truffle egg mayonnaise, as well as the classic English cucumber. A range of British-inspired sweets, such as freshly baked scones, Big Ben mousse, The London Eye chocolate cake, and Piccadilly Circus, will satisfy even the most discerning of sweet tooths. The St. Regis Macao afternoon tea experience can be elevated even further with the optional Billecart-Salmon Champagne Tea Set or Baikal Oscietra Caviar Tea Set.
