We love afternoon teas, and The St. Regis Bar is offering an exclusive tea set to accompany this celebration with exotic savory treats such as foie and chick roulade with orange compote, sea urchin with molten egg, Jamon Blazquez ham and truffle with toast, butter as well as mouthwatering sweets– Fromage blanc tartlet with griottines, chocolate mousseline cake and strawberry tartlets with vanilla pastry cream and an assortment of chocolate delights.
