The IFT (Institute for Tourism Studies) Educational Restaurant is inviting all to catch a hold and experience the Macanese cuisine promotion with Chef Florita Alves with a selection of the classics gourmets and specialties including the grilled prawn, baked crab meat in shell, and shrimp and vermicelli soup all in Macanese style as it promotes Macau’s unique gastronomic culture and developing a sustainable tourism industry.
