Welcome the year of the ox with arts, crafts & food market
While celebrating the festival, the hotel also celebrates the good life with its guests. A series of Boa Vida events are planned for Chinese New Year to make sure hotel guests are living well and feeling good. Their Weekend Food Market will kick off on February 6 and 7 and takes place on the outdoor lawn! With four dedicated areas that include arts and crafts, food and drinks, photo-taking, and a special area for the little ones, there’s also an exclusive Chinese New Year food market. From Szechuan spicy chicken, tom yam seafood hot-sour soup, pan-fried oyster omelet, satay and BBQ, and dessert live stations, guests who love Asian cuisines would relish this.
To welcome the Lunar New Year–starting February 6–guests who spend a minimum of MOP $250 are gifted one set of art-inspired red packets, while stock lasts.

If you’re looking to celebrate Chinese New Year indoors, fill your home with all the good things Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau has to offer for takeaway! Order it two days in advance and gather the whole bunch and eat the night away. Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau sells the traditional version of seafood poon choi for MOP $1,888 but also offers a vegetarian version for MOP $1,388. These serve eight to 10 people, by the way.
Lou hei is a traditional Cantonese festive dish people usually have at home. With salmon, shredded vegetables, and crispy bites, it can be found at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau as well, for just MOP $388. Chinese New Year hampers perfect for gifting are also available at MOP $1,288.
