Baía Café Lisboa is a Portuguese restaurant set in NAPE area. Serving numerous traditional dishes from Portugal, its signature ones are codfish with cream sauce, octopus rice, fried pork meat with clams and potatoes, stuffed pork loin, amongst others. The restaurant has a modest and simple decoration, fitted with chairs and tables for small groups which can also be arranged to fit larger groups for birthday parties or company gatherings.
Baía Café Lisboa also offers set lunches for those looking to have a quick yet tasteful meal. These include soup, a main (choice of fish or meat), a dessert, a small bottle of water and coffee at the end. It’s priced at MOP $110 per person.
The restaurant is sought-after by Portuguese expats living in Macau, but also a large number of tourists–mainly from China–who want to experience Portuguese gastronomy.
Baía joined Café Lisboa’s team–a Portuguese restaurant previously located in Taipa–which is now running this eatery. Staff speaks English, Portuguese and Cantonese. Reservation is advisable, especially during peak hours and for large groups.
