Chang Siam Thai is situated along the Inner Harbor a few blocks north of the intersection with San Ma Lo (Av. de Almeida Ribeiro). The restaurant is accessible through an elevator. It’s wide and with huge capacity for big groups of families and friends. There’s a balcony for smokers facing the riverfront. The restaurant is located close to Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 and about 10 minutes away from Senado Square.
Chang Siam’s menu emphasizes fresh seafood—signature dishes include curry crab, a spicy dish with very fresh crabs in it. Also, the fresh shrimp is a great addition to pineapple fried rice. Besides these, Chang Siam Thai also serves all the traditional Thai dishes one might think of: minced beef with egg and rice, raw shrimps, padthai, different kinds of soups.
Chang Siam is close to Cais 22 restaurant. Both are opened till late, ideal for groups who want to dine and party till a bit later in the night. Although the restaurant seating area is indoor, it’s facing the riverfront.
