At the helm of JW Marriott Hotel Macau, Man Ho restaurant is run by Chinese executive chef, Andy Ng. Crafting and delivering sumptuous dishes focused on Cantonese flavors and scents, Man Ho serves the freshest ingredients with singular class. Signature dishes include steamed egg white with fresh crab claw, kurobuta pork loin marinated with a chef’s sauce recipe, signature roast pork leg, crispy roast chicken and fried vermicelli with crab meat.
The restaurant is welcoming and featuring a design that combines modernity and tradition to present a space that welcomes guests to offer them seamless service and food. Nine private dining rooms are available at Man Ho, ideal for intimate and celebratory occasions and providing a timeless setting in which to delight in a culinary journey.
