The dish is cooked on a gas stove first and then on a charcoal stove. The toppings selection includes chicken & mushroom, Chinese sausage, pork ribs, yellow eel, and others. However, you can order additional ones for MOP $10–20 extra. Besides the clay pot rice, there is soup and sizzling chicken, drinks such as beer, soy milk, and tea. The menu is available only in Chinese.
