Located on the first floor of the newly opened Lisboeta Macau resort, Stanley’s Café is the utter recreation of the Macau and Hong Kong cafés widely popular back in the 60s and 70s. Fitted with neon signs, vintage lamps, ceiling fans, red leather sofa booths, mosaic patterned flooring, and iconic Campbell’s soup cans displayed on wall shelves this spacious eatery has a nostalgic feel evocative of days gone by.
At Stanley’s Café, guests may expect to find a classic Cantonese-style café menu featuring well-loved staple dishes. Some of them are based on late SJM Resorts S.A. founder Dr. Stanley Ho’s favorite dishes, such as the signature Stanley’s fried rice, prepared egg white, dry scallop, and shredded crab meat, made with Sri Lankan crab and a flavorful mix of sauces and spices.
In addition, a famous dish that consists of stewed fried rice with diced abalone and sliced pigeon is featured in Stanley’s Café’s menu too, highlighted as a signature, as well jumbo fish balls with housemate curry sauce, various noodles dishes, and the beloved local-style take on French toast. The extra thick toast is served up with butter and condensed milk, making it ideal both for breakfast or as a dessert. To drink, guests may opt for indulgent classic café-style beverages like Sprite mixed up with vanilla ice cream or Coke with chocolate ice cream. These are sure to be a hit among younger diners.
