The Kitchen has been awarded one Michelin-star for seven consecutive years by the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau. The Kitchen is located on the third floor of the Grand Lisboa hotel. This restaurant offers diners a new concept of a modern steakhouse, serving some of the best quality beef from Japan, Wagyu from Australia, US prime beef, and Dutch veal, as well as live fish and lobster from the tank. The name comes from the fact of the restaurant having an open kitchen, guests can enjoy watching their food created before them. There is also a sushi bar and salad buffet to complement the diners’ main course.
They also serve set menus at lunch time, featuring some of the best creations and signature dishes for people to try. The Kitchen boasts a classy yet relaxing atmosphere where diners can enjoy the view to Macau side from the wide glass windows. Staff is friendly and welcoming, eager to recommend and aid on whatever customers might need.
