There is an a la carte menu available, but also seasonal experiences, so one should check out their website before heading there. Sake is also a must and their list is comprehensive as well. It has 72 seatings at its general dining area, a private dining room with a maximum capacity of 12 seats and free valet parking (up to three hours at the Diamond Lobby). Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining is opened from Tuesday to Sunday (12:00pm–3:00pm, 5:30pm–10:00pm).
