Cathedral Cafe
How do you like your eggs in the morning? At Cathedral Cafe you can have them poached, scrambled or in an omelette. LAX Cafe
Relax at LAX Cafe with a cup of tea or coffee with every breakfast dish on their menu. We love their protein and vegan wrap which features scrambled turmeric tofu, black beans, avocado and tomato chilli salsa. Together, the ingredients create a beautiful breakfast concoction. If you’re in the mood to indulge in something sweet, then try the Wildberry Frencho–a combination of French toast, blackberry jam, Nutella, strawberries and blueberries topped with a creamy creme Chantilly. Looking for something a bit healthier? Then give their refreshing smoothies a go. Our favorite is the Fab4–a simple mix of banana, papaya, strawberry and orange. No added sugar. No added milk. Just pure goodness.

Edinburgh Cafe
The child-friendly Edinburgh Cafe offers a brunch menu until 3.00pm which is great for those of us who love breakfast but just don’t do mornings. Pop by for brekkie any time of the day and they’ve got a varied menu for you to peruse. Have a fresh fruit platter or a plain yogurt if you fancy a light bite. For something more substantial, go for the all American for a satisfying breakfast feast.
