Chef Aitor Olabegoya will introduce some Spanish flair to your dining experience as he joins Chef Andrea Fioravanti at Terrazza for two special evenings in December. After winning First Prize at The International Competition for Young Chefs in Spain, Chef Aitor perfected his skills with such masters as Ferran Adrià of El Bulli. At Terrazza, he will be employing a wide range of cooking techniques from molecular gastronomy in his molecular olive to traditional open-fire cooking in his grilled octopus and grilled wagyu. There are plenty of surprises to be had in his flavor combinations, and all of the dishes are created with the simple aim to bring you the natural flavor of his beautiful Mediterranean ingredients. A wine-pairing menu is available for those looking to elevate their dining experience.
