While MGM Macau’s Rossio and Aux Beaux Art Bar are having a sumptuous buffet filled with festive delights and decadent foods and crafted cocktails, several restaurants at MGM Cotai are also offering exclusive NYE deals to fully enjoy this happening. Enter 2022 with all kinds of food, including fresh oysters and top-notch champagne.

Grill 58 is preparing two different menus: a Teppanyaki New Year’s Eve special awaits those looking for a unique dining experience. Filled with fresh and high-end ingredients–burrata cheese, truffles, caviar, and more–this menu will certainly please food lovers! Everything is paired with great wines as well. Their other option includes optional wine pairing and starts with an entrées trio, followed by a pate with dry-aged Iberico pork, foie gras, and wild mushrooms. Oysters Rockefeller, grilled langoustine, a main course from the wood grill (including dry-aged Sawara fish with vadouvan butter sauce, 55 days dry-aged USDA prime striploin with beef jus, or a Japan Kagoshima A5 Wagyu tenderloin with truffle jus), a cheese platter, and maple kouign Amann, Hokkaido milk vanilla ice cream with toasted pecan for dessert.
Anytime’s NYE’s dinner
Anytime has a champagne set for all of those who are looking for a simple yet unforgettable New Year’s Eve. Enjoy one bottle of Thiénot champagne (brut, Reims), accompanied by a platter of freshly shucked oysters and snacks (smoked salmon cones, broken potato fries, Iberico ham paleta, grilled “bikini” sandwich, crispy fried chicken).
