Michelin along with Robert Parker Wine Advocate are pleased to host – for the very first time in the two territories – a grand Gala Dinner at Studio City that promises to be an exotic journey of sensory experiences with gourmet cuisine, elite wines and eclectic fashion.
The dinner will feature an extravagant 12-hands gastronomical treat, designed and prepared by six esteemed chefs from top Michelin-starred restaurants, including Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (3 Michelin Stars), Hideaki Matsuo of Kashiwaya in Osaka (3 Michelin Stars), Bjorn Frantzen of Frantzen in Stockholm (2 Michelin Stars), Shinji Kanesaka of Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo (1 Michelin Star) and Macau’s Guillaume Galliot of The Tasting Room (2 Michelin Stars), Tam Kwok Fung of Jade Dragon (2 Michelin Stars). Capping it off with creations by arguably the world’s best pastry chef Pierre Hermé.
