In this Michelin Chef’s Series, Pang’s Kitchen is here to dazzle guests and make your tastebuds dance! To start off, the Pang’s Kitchen Three Treasure appetizer combination is made of dace fish and lotus cakes, five spice taro rolls, stir fried egg white with king crab and caviar, and paired with NV Chartogne Taillet Cuvee Saint Anne Brut Champagne (France). The following dish is a double boiled chicken and conch meat soup with matsutake accompanied by a 2016 Thibaud Boudignon Anjou Blanc white wine from Loire France. Signature Pang’s Kitchen strawberry sweet and sour black pork is served next, with a side of a 2012 Deux Montille Bourgogne Rouge red wine (Burgundy, France). Braised South Africa abalone with pomelo skin is also on the menu, as well as steamed Scottish scallop with seafood glutinous rice and a homemade walnut dessert soup with dumplings to finish in grand style.
Since its opening in Hong Kong in 2011, Pang’s Kitchen has been the go-to place for home style Cantonese cuisine among savvy diners, celebrities and food critics.
