One of Macau’s most popular buffets, Urban Kitchen, recently welcomed the arrival of award-winning Daniel Ng as its new Chef de Cuisine. Chef Daniel brings a wealth of creativity and experience to loyal patrons of Urban Kitchen, introducing tempting dishes from around the world such as Mediterranean gigantic seafood medley stew, french onion soup with puff pastry crust and truffle-scented risotto plus famous Asian specialties including chicken rice balls, Singapore Laksa and much more.
In April, Urban Kitchen will be launching a promotion that showcases the captivating culinary skills of Chef Daniel. All month, patrons will be treated to a “Tuna Extravaganza”, where seafood lovers can savor prized cuts of fresh tuna prepared with exclusive cooking techniques and secret recipes. Highlighted dishes include cajun spice pan-fried tuna with mint mango chutney and deep-fried tuna tempura with avocado mayonnaise.
Visit on a Saturday for a tuna-cutting ceremony, where Chef Daniel and his team at Urban Kitchen will demonstrate how best to prepare succulent bites of one of the world’s favorite fish. Spectators will be amazed as the chefs use their expert skills to demonstrate the enormous fish, weighing as much as 50 to 60kg, into delicious morsels for sushi, sashimi and more – a show not to be missed. Also, be sure to pair your fresh catch with the fun and flavorful accompaniment of a “Soda Mix”, which lets guests use their own creativity to blend sodas according to their own personal preferences.
