“The Story of Cannon-Making—Children Experience Exhibition”, co-organized by the City University of Macau, is the first exhibition themed around children’s experience at the Macao Museum. The process of experiencing various games in the exhibition aims to inspire and encourage children to learn about the history of Macau and shape the museum as another important learning place for children.
The exhibition includes six distinctive educational game areas, namely “Thumbing Through Interesting History”, “Seeking Fortresses”, “Making Cannonballs”, “Experiencing the Sensation in the Battlefield”, “Exploring the Cannon-making Process” and “Fortress Sensation in the Present and in the Past”. Accompanied by colorful decorations for creating fun and attractiveness, the exhibition provides an interesting learning environment for children aged three to eight.
