Nagomi Lobby Lounge & Bar delighted to present Tanabata Afternoon high tea for the celebration of this special day. Tanabata is an ancient Chinese love story derived from two thousand years ago about the Princess and the Cowherd, who could only meet once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar. It was introduced to Japan as a traditional festival afterwards. Japanese would write their wishes on Tanzaku paper (colorful, small strips of papers) and hang them on bamboo branches for making wishes and decorative purposes.
