Hong Kong’s festive hotspot presents a special dinner menu at HKD $888 during Chinese New Year. It will feature rainbow Lo Hei with Norwegian Salmon, as well as a premium Dim Sum platter which will include a new interpretation of hargau, siumai and king crab dumpling. The special dinner menu will also comprise of pork ribs in a red wine dressing, Chilean seabass with forest honey, pandan leaf prawns, and truffle fried rice.
