The inaugural MGM Macau Tennis Masters, set to take place at the end of this year, promises an exciting lineup of top tennis talent. Already confirmed are Olympic gold medallist Belinda Bencic, along with renowned players Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe, making it a star-studded event. Now, the anticipation grows with the addition of two sensational players–Emma Raducanu and Asia’s most captivating young talent, Wu Yibing.
Scheduled for December 2-3, 2023 at the Macao East Asian Games Dome, the region’s largest indoor sports facility, this mixed hardcourt tournament will feature four male players and two female players. The singles matches will adopt a best-of-three set format, with a ten-point match tiebreak in place of the third set.
The action-packed MGM Macau Tennis Masters will consist of two men’s singles matches and one mixed doubles match on Saturday. On Sunday, spectators can look forward to a women’s singles match followed by two more men’s singles matches. The thrilling event will culminate in an evening awards ceremony, ensuring a memorable experience for all tennis enthusiasts.
