Macau is a melting pot of cultures – and it has been like this for centuries. Chinese, Portuguese and even Canadians represent the dynamic mix of nationalities living in Macau. In celebration of Canada’s 150th Anniversary of Confederation, the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong has partnered up with Four Seasons Macao for a Pop-Up Canada! promotion.
For this second edition of Pop-Up Canada! in Macau, executive chef Klaus Michael Kallweit has designed a special Canadian set dinner menu.
Featuring a variety of outstanding Canadian ingredients, this limited-time dining offer will introduce Canadian purity of flavors and will leave you wanting more. If you haven’t tried Canadian wines before, you’ll be surprised: Norman Hardie Unfiltered Chardonnay Prince Edward County is absolutely delightful.
Macau Lifestyle team had a unique opportunity to taste some of the dishes from the menu and we can assure you, the seafood is nothing but delicious. Snow crab, scallop, and lobster are leading the menu; you will have a variety of dishes to choose from.
For meat lovers there are also braised AAA short ribs and pan-roasted pork; you won’t be disappointed.
Canadian set dinner menu includes appetizer, soup, main course, dessert trolley selection and coffee/tea.
