1826 is a restaurant set at Sai Van Lake and it’s part of the Macau Tennis Club, located in the same area. The restaurant was inaugurated a long time ago but has been undergoing refurbishments. It’s currently a fusion restaurant, offering both Chinese and Western–mostly Portuguese flavors–dishes. With big portions, it’s ideal to share between friends and family. 1826 also offers a wide range of wines, as well as sangria (both red and white).
The restaurant has a great and unobstructed view towards Sai Van Lake and Macau Tower. From the tables by the windows, people can see people jogging during late afternoons and at night. It’s a quiet area, ideal to go for dinner without crowds. There are several parking spaces (especially at night), but few public transportation. It’s 10 minutes away from the Nam Van area and 15 minutes away from A-Má Temple.
Opening hours: 12:00pm–3:00pm, 6:00pm–11:00pm
