Chat Yin Noodle Haus is a restaurant in the Three Lamps District serving some Macanese-infused Burmese cuisine. Most restaurants claiming to serve food from Burma actually serve fusion cuisine, inspired by a mix of gastronomies: Burmese, Macanese and Chinese. Chat Yin Noodle Haus is easy to spot, as the building–located on an intersection–is painted bright blue on the outside.
This eatery is small and simple, with few decor but affordable food. People usually go there for the chicken slice stirred noodles, popular amongst youngsters for its spiciness but freshness at the same time. Chat Yin Noodle Haus is located close to the Red Market and Horta e Costa Avenue, allowing people to explore this local area and even go for some shopping: flowers, street food, seamstresses and other dying crafts can all be found nearby; even old watch shops selling vintage items but also fixing broken ones.
Opening hours: Daily, 7:00am–11:00pm
