Located at the heart of MGM Cotai and enclosed within The Spectacle is Grill 58, boasting a balcony with views of the property and its impressive atrium. Sporting a modern, stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, it’s ideal to head to with a date, friends, or family for a night of exceptional in-house aged meat cooked on the woodfire grill or teppanyaki, and good wine. Fitted with a Himalayan pink salt meat-aging room where prime meats from the U.S., Japan, and Australia are aged to the perfect level of tenderness and flavor, Grill 58 is a celebration of the grill.
Helmed by Chef Conor Beach, the restaurant has a menu for each of its three concepts: bar, grill, and teppanyaki. While Bar 58’s menu offers a wide selection of wine available by the glass, cocktails, and bar snacks such as the signature tuna tartar toasts, Grill 58 features a comprehensive menu that includes hot and cold appetizers to share, a few salads and soups, mains ranging from meat to seafood and fish dishes, as well as desserts. One of the menu’s highlights is a selection of premium beef cuts, available to be cooked on the woodfire grill to guests’ taste, served up with housemade sauce and toothsome sides. Offering a superb teppan counter experience, where chefs showcase their impressive skills, Teppanyaki 58 menu highlights two set menu options as well as an omakase choice. To pair up with the Japanese fare, there’s a great selection of sake too.
